An eco-therapy excursion
Two days. One night. Kalari at sunrise, naadi readings, meditation under moonlight — where ancient sciences meet a forest with no Wi-Fi.
All-inclusive package — accommodation, all meals, every activity, all materials, transfers from Bengaluru pickup point.
NAAHAM (Sanskrit for "self") isn't a wellness vacation. It's a deliberately structured 36-hour reset built on the same principles we use in our year-round programs — Vedic sciences, Ayurvedic constitutional work, and Kalaripayattu-based movement therapy.
Each session is led by Sanseed practitioners trained in their respective lineages. Each meal is selected for your dosha. Each conversation is held in the kind of silence that cities have forgotten.
I came back from NAAHAM and the next Monday felt different. My team noticed before I did. I'm not the same person who left for that retreat.

Four people who came to NAAHAM, and what they shared at the end of the weekend. Video versions coming soon.
I was very new to meditation and yoga. NAAHAM was an escape from the Bangalore rat race — great for youngsters looking for some mental peace.
A getaway from pollution and population. They connect you to nature through yoga and meditation, and it's fun — you never feel like it's a workshop. Strangers become family. You're going to love it.
I had a lot of thought about whether I should go. It was a weekend worth every minute. Learning Kalari, moonlight meditation — it was all amazing. And the place is so good.
We planned it as a small getaway from Bangalore. Shradha wanted yoga; I wanted adventure. It became maybe the best weekend of our lives. We bonded so much. We came back spiritually connected.
