1. About SANSEED

SANSEED ("we", "us", "our") is a holistic well-being company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, registered at . We offer services including ATMA Analysis, Life Coaching, Fitness programs, Events, Courses, and Dermatology consultations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

SANSEED offers the following services:

• ATMA Analysis: Multi-dimensional personal assessment including Vedic Astrology, Nadi Pariksha, Numerology, Graphology, and Prakriti assessment
• Life Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching sessions
• Fitness Programs: Kalaripayattu classes, SWA personal training, Yoga, and Marma Uzhichil
• Events: NAAHAM retreat, Kalariparichayam workshops, DAMA meditation, and corporate wellness programs
• Courses: Aravinda Kriya, DAMA, and other educational programs
• Dermatology: Clinical and cosmetic dermatological consultations and procedures

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund Policy:

• ATMA Analysis: No refunds once analysis has been submitted and processing has begun
• Coaching Sessions: Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
• Events & Retreats: Cancellations 7+ days before the event receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 7 days of the event
• Courses: No refunds once course access has been granted
• Medical Procedures: Refund policies for dermatological procedures will be communicated at the time of booking

5. ATMA Analysis — Important Disclaimers

The ATMA Analysis is a holistic assessment tool combining multiple ancient and modern assessment methodologies. Please note:

• The ATMA Analysis is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice
• Vedic Astrology, Numerology, and Graphology are ancient sciences and their interpretations are based on traditional knowledge systems
• Results are personalized interpretations and should be understood as guidance, not absolute prediction
• Prakriti assessment scores are calculated internally and used to personalize recommendations — the underlying methodology is proprietary to Sanseed

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

SANSEED's wellness and fitness services, including the SWA program, Kalaripayattu, Yoga, and Marma Uzhichil, are complementary wellness practices. They are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment. Consult your physician before beginning any new fitness or wellness program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

Dermatology services at SANSEED are provided by qualified dermatologists and follow clinical protocols. However, individual results may vary.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SANSEED website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the ATMA Analysis methodology, is the intellectual property of SANSEED. The following are registered IP names and may not be used without permission:

• Aravinda Kriya
• KALARIPARICHAYAM
• DAMA — Deep Awakening Through Mindful Awareness
• SWA Personal Training Program
• NAAHAM

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANSEED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SANSEED's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
